Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are counting down to their wedding, and it looks like the pre-celebration has already begun. On June 17, a group of women was spotted on the balcony of Swift's Rhode Island home, while Kelce was across the country at Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood, a members-only venue in Los Angeles, with his brother Jason and former Chief Ross Travis. Neither outlet confirmed a bachelorette party, but the timing speaks for itself.
Where are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting married?
The road to their wedding has taken a few turns. Reports initially pointed to Rhode Island, where Swift owns a home, with the Ocean House resort in Westerly named as the original venue. That fell through after location details leaked. According to TMZ, the couple changed plans after "word got out about the venue."
By early June, the story had shifted to New York City's Madison Square Garden, with reports from both Page Six and TMZ suggesting a July 3 date. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani effectively confirmed it during a June 15 interview, referencing Swift's wedding while listing major events set to coincide with the 2026 FIFA World Cup. "We know it coincides with the Knicks' Finals run. We know it coincides with July 4, America 250, Taylor Swift's wedding — all happening at the same time — and we are so excited to welcome the world here," Mamdani said.
Patrick Mahomes, Miles Teller, Zoë Kravitz, Selena Gomez, and the Haim sisters are all expected to attend.
What have Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce been up to before the wedding?
The two have barely slowed down. On June 13, they were spotted at a Broadway performance of Oh, Mary!, posing backstage with the cast including Maya Rudolph, who plays Mary Todd Lincoln. Before that, they sat courtside together at Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals on May 23.
Now, with the wedding reportedly days away, each is taking some time with their own circle. Kelce's LA night included comedian Druski alongside his brother and teammates. Swift's Rhode Island gathering, though unconfirmed, drew "massive" security, per TMZ. Whether it was a formal bachelorette or just a quiet gathering before the biggest event of the year is anyone's guess.
What's clear is that the couple's plans have changed more than once. A third venue has not been ruled out entirely, but for now, all roads appear to lead to MSG on July 3.
