The upcoming Bollywood film Welcome to the Jungle is generating buzz for casting three actors from the iconic television series Mahabharat. Notably, actor Pankaj Dheer, who played Karna in the epic, will be making his final screen appearance in this film.

According to reports, the film features Pankaj Dheer, along with fellow Mahabharat actors Nitish Bharadwaj (who played Krishna) and Mukesh Khanna (who played Bhishma). This marks a significant reunion of the legendary cast on the big screen.
Director Ahmed Khan confirmed Dheer's involvement, stating, "It is an honor to have Pankaj sir in our film. His portrayal of Karna is unforgettable, and this will be his last film, making it even more special."

Pankaj Dheer, now in his 70s, has decided to retire from acting after this project. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "I am thankful to the team for giving me this opportunity. Welcome to the Jungle will be my swan song, and I couldn't ask for a better film to end my journey."
The film also stars a large ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and others. It is a comedy-drama set in a jungle, directed by Ahmed Khan.

Welcome to the Jungle is scheduled for release in 2026. The film is produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala under the banner of Base Industries Group. The project has been in development for several years and is a sequel to the Welcome franchise.
The inclusion of the Mahabharat actors is expected to draw nostalgia among audiences, especially those who grew up watching the epic series in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
