As Yuvika Chaudhary prepares to celebrate Mother's Day with her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter Ikleen, the actor reveals that motherhood has completely transformed her outlook on life, relationships, and happiness. For Yuvika, the past months have focused less on glamour and more on cherishing everyday moments with family.
Rediscovering Childhood Through Motherhood
Speaking during a recent outing with husband Prince Narula and their daughter, Yuvika reflected on how becoming a mother has brought new emotional depth to her life. The couple visited Candy Safari at Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai, where Yuvika carried little Ikleen through colorful candy-themed zones. "Every time I am in a candy zone like this, I automatically become a child again. I feel blessed because I'm enjoying life both as a mother and as a kid with my baby. There's a different kind of energy when you are with your children," she shared.
Prioritizing Quality Time
The actor emphasized that despite hectic schedules, she consciously makes time for simple routines and playtime with her daughter. "I make sure we play games and spend quality time together. In today's fast-paced life, these moments are so important. When I'm with her, I forget everything else," she said.
A New Appreciation for Parents
Yuvika admits motherhood has made her far more emotional and deeply appreciative of her own parents. "Once in life, everyone should experience motherhood because then you understand the real meaning of love. You start valuing your parents even more. You realize life is temporary, so all you want to do is give love, care and happiness," she explained.
Shifted Priorities
According to the actor, motherhood has completely shifted her priorities. "Now, when I'm with my family, I don't care how my hair looks or anything else. Being together matters more. I just pray that our daughter always stays close to family and grows up enjoying the love of her nana-nani and dada-dadi. We've started taking her everywhere with us now and creating memories together," she said.
Instilling Values Early
Yuvika also revealed that she has begun introducing Ikleen to small daily rituals rooted in gratitude and faith. "Every morning and night, she folds her hands and says, 'Thank You, God.' These are the small values I want her to grow up with," she concluded.
