Objective and Key Speakers

Principal Dr Upasana Ahuja highlighted that increasing competition in the education sector necessitates maintaining positive thinking, self-discipline, and a balanced, energetic lifestyle to ensure the physical and mental well-being of both teachers and students. Chief Guest and keynote speaker Chandra Shekhar, a trainer with the Heartfulness Institute, emphasised that education is not merely a means of acquiring knowledge but the foundation for holistic individual development.

Benefits of Meditation and Yoga

Chandra Shekhar stated that teachers who integrate meditation into their teaching practices can significantly improve their concentration, memory, self-confidence, and emotional balance. He added that yoga and pranayama are effective ways to relieve stress and mental pressure in today’s fast-paced world, urging every teacher to make these practices an integral part of daily life.
