Dipika Kakar, known for her role in Sasural Simar Ka, has been facing health challenges since last year, even after undergoing surgery for liver cancer. The actress keeps her fans informed about her health through her vlogs. In her latest video, she gave a tour of her mother's house and answered fan questions about her health, clean diet, and workout routine.

Dipika started the tour by saying, "Many of you asked me to show mom's balcony and the house properly. So today, I'll give you a tour of both the living room and the balcony." Her mother's living room is simple and elegant, featuring a yellow sofa, a dining table in one corner, and a large plant beside the sofa.

Another corner of the living room boasts a large chandelier hanging near a pillar, beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. The wall features lovely photos of Dipika, her son Ruhaan, and her husband Shoaib Ibrahim, along with a big picture from Dipika and Shoaib's wedding.

Dipika then showed her mother's balcony, admiring its beauty. She highlighted paintings, plants, and artificial grass arranged there. She revealed that it is her mother and Ruhaan's favorite sitting spot, where they love to sit and eat apples together.

Dipika shared, "Mom has always loved decorating her house. Since the beginning, in every army house we lived in, despite all the shifting, she would decorate everything beautifully. Mom is also very fond of paintings."

In the vlog, Dipika answered fan questions about her health and lifestyle. Regarding consistency, she said, "I am trying to stay consistent with the lifestyle I have started following. There are days when I don't feel like doing anything. I skipped the workshop, didn't shoot anything, and just stayed relaxed. It's very important to give yourself some time, listen to your body, and rest whenever you feel the need to."

She advised, "Never feel insecure about your body. There was a time when I had gained a lot of weight and tried hard to lose it, but couldn't due to lack of strength or motivation. During such times, you start feeling low. Then one day, something inside you pushes you to get up and move forward again."

Dipika added, "Every day or every phase of life cannot be perfect. It's okay to take one day at a time. Be happy, take care of yourself, and do whatever makes you feel good."

She spoke about her clean diet, saying, "I am eating clean, sleeping properly, and going for my walks on time. Eating at the wrong time or consuming unhealthy food, even homemade fried snacks daily, can affect your health. So we should all focus on clean eating, staying active, and exercising on time. And yes, I am also doing a lot of skincare these days."
