Hyderabad: For those navigating academic rigour alongside constant digital engagement, TOI is organising its second edition of 'Let's D-Stress: Campus Conversations' series for a focused conversation on screen habits and mental well-being at Kaveri University on Friday.

The session will feature Jawaharlal Nehru P, a senior psychologist at Tele-MANAS, who will share practical perspectives on managing stress, attention fatigue and the effects of prolonged screen use, alongside RJ Nani, who will drive interactive and relatable engagement.

Designed to resonate with students in tech-enabled learning environments, the initiative encourages reflection on digital behaviour and promotes simple, sustainable ways to improve focus and digital wellbeing.
