Karnataka Minister Murali Ashok Salappa has reiterated the state government's unwavering commitment to safeguarding the health of pourakarmikas (sanitation workers). Speaking at an event in Chikkamagaluru, he acknowledged that many pourakarmikas suffer from a variety of health problems by the time they reach retirement age.
