On the occasion of International Museum Day, a one-month 'Cultural Heritage Training Camp' was inaugurated at the historic City Palace in Jaipur. The camp was formally inaugurated by former Jaipur royal Sawai Padmanabh Singh, who lit the ceremonial lamp amidst Vedic chants. The event marked the beginning of a cultural journey that will continue until 18 June.

In the spirit of the guru-shishya tradition, both teachers and learners have come together here with the intent to teach and learn. This platform offers participants an opportunity not only to understand their art and culture but also to gain practical knowledge. This initiative is a significant step towards the preservation, promotion, and transmission of Rajasthan's rich cultural legacy to the younger generation.'
Welcoming Trainers and Encouraging Environmental Care
Singh also welcomed all the trainers by felicitating them with garlands. He distributed saplings and bird feeders (parindas) to children, encouraging them to connect with and care for the environment.
