Indonesia Proposes Hyderabad-Jakarta Technology Skills Development Corridor
In a significant move to bolster digital cooperation, Indonesia has formally proposed the establishment of a Hyderabad-Jakarta Technology Skills Development Corridor. The proposal was discussed during a crucial meeting between Telangana's IT and Industries Minister, D Sridhar Babu, and a high-level Indonesian delegation. The delegation was led by Indonesia's Vice Minister for Communications and Digital Affairs, Nezar Patria. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the India AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam on Thursday.
According to officials from the Telangana government, the discussions were comprehensive and focused on several key areas of potential collaboration. These included:
