Addressing Administrative Hurdles

Deputy Commissioner Aparajita stressed the importance of resolving any technical or administrative obstacles that may be delaying project implementation. She called for enhanced coordination among departments to prevent unnecessary delays in development works. Officials were also directed to regularly update the progress of their respective projects on the designated progress portal and prioritize pending tasks.

Specific Directives for Pending Approvals

In a specific directive, the DC instructed officials to write to higher authorities regarding the pending administrative approval for the installation of CCTV cameras in Fatehpur and Pundri. Furthermore, she mandated that projects for which tenders or work orders have already been issued must commence within the stipulated timeframe, with a strict emphasis on maintaining the quality of all works.

This proactive approach aims to streamline administrative processes and ensure that development projects are executed efficiently, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and welfare of the Kaithal community.
