New Department to Handle Citizen Complaints
Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar unveiled a new department named 'Praja Seve' dedicated to grievance redressal on 20 June 2026. The department is designed to streamline the process of receiving and resolving complaints from citizens across the state.
