The incident occurred around 8 pm when the victim, Amarjeet Verma, was returning home on his two-wheeler after closing his shop, police reported on Saturday.

The attackers attempted to snatch his bag, and when Verma resisted, one of the perpetrators brandished a pistol and threatened to shoot him. Fearing for his life, Verma handed over the bag containing the jewellery. The robbers then fled the scene after taking his bike keys.
