A Delhi Police head constable has been arrested for allegedly shooting dead a delivery worker in the Jaffarpur Kalan area. The incident took place late on Tuesday night when the delivery worker, identified as 22-year-old Rahul, was delivering food to a customer. The accused head constable, identified as Narender, was off-duty at the time of the incident.

According to police officials, the altercation began over a parking dispute. The delivery worker had parked his motorcycle near the constable's vehicle, leading to a heated argument. The constable allegedly pulled out his service revolver and fired at Rahul, who died on the spot.
Local residents gathered at the scene and alerted the police. A senior police officer said that the accused has been taken into custody and a case of murder has been registered. The service revolver used in the crime has also been seized.
