- Western Zone: 532 registrations

Landlords can easily register tenant details through two convenient methods. They can use the official Lucknow Police website at lucknowpolice.up.gov.in or download the UPCOP mobile application. Officials confirm both platforms are fully functional for this purpose.
After completing online registration, local police station teams visit the property for on-ground verification. Landlords must maintain copies of essential tenant documents as per police guidelines.
Strict Legal Consequences for Non-Compliance
Police have issued a clear warning about legal consequences. If a tenant is found involved in criminal activities and the landlord failed to register or inform police about that tenant, legal action will be initiated against the landlord.
