The 21-year-old victim, a resident of Bhayander, was waiting for a Churchgate-bound local train when the accused approached her from behind and touched her inappropriately. The woman immediately raised an alarm, drawing the attention of nearby commuters and railway personnel, which led to Chavan's swift arrest.
