The chargesheet was submitted by Sub-Inspector Santhosh BP of the Sullia police station before the SCJ and JMFC Court in Sullia. Following this submission, the court took up the cases for hearing, examining the evidence and the defendant's history of traffic infractions.

After hearing the matter, the court imposed a total fine of Rs 3,000 across two of the cases. In addition to the monetary penalty, the court ordered Rakshith G to perform community service for five days in each of the three cases, resulting in a cumulative total of 15 days.
