Two men and three boys have been charged in connection with the alleged rape of a teenage girl in Gravesend, following an investigation by Kent Police. The charges come after reports of the incident, which is said to have occurred at a private property between March 25 and April 19.

According to authorities, the suspects were arrested as part of the inquiry. Ionut Dobre, 33, has been charged with rape alongside three minors: two aged 16 and one aged 15, all from Gravesend. A second adult, Benone Inofte, 46, has been charged with aiding and abetting rape in connection with the same case.

As reported by The Guardian, the accused appeared before magistrates at Medway Magistrates’ Court on April 24. The case is set to proceed to Woolwich Crown Court on May 22. Both adult suspects have been remanded in custody. Two of the boys have been remanded to youth detention, while the third has been released into the care of the local authority.
