The Punjab Regiment Centre (PRC), one of the oldest regiments of the Indian Army located in Ramgarh district, inducted a total of 1,121 Agniveers of batch 7 during a colourful passing-out parade on Saturday. The Agniveers successfully completed 24 weeks of intensive training, according to an official statement.
Training Highlights
Brigadier Sajesh Babu PG, Commandant of PRC, reviewed the ceremony and highlighted that the training regimen included intensive physical conditioning, tactical exercises, weapon and drone training, and mental endurance activities. These elements were designed to develop leadership qualities, courage, professionalism, and a strong sense of duty among the Agniveers.
Parade and Discipline
The parade showcased exceptional standards of military discipline, sub-unit cohesion, combat readiness, and regimental ethos. The young Agniveers displayed confidence and dedication, symbolising their unwavering commitment to serving the nation.
