Khodaniya stated, "For the past two years, sometimes there are ED raids, sometimes surveys, and now this GST action has started. Our work is clean and transparent, yet we are being harassed repeatedly. There is outrage among the people and the party because of this." He further claimed that the pressure intensified after his son recently began a business, adding, "My son has just begun his work, and I feel there is political pressure behind this. But in every case our family has come out clean, and this time too the truth will prevail."

The recent CGST raids are not the first instance of central agencies targeting Khodaniya. In December 2024, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at their residence and office in Sagwara, located in Dungarpur district.
