Rescue Operations Intensify
Teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and local authorities have been working tirelessly to locate survivors. So far, six bodies have been recovered, and several injured persons have been hospitalized. Officials fear the toll may rise as debris removal continues.
FIR Registered and Suspensions
Delhi Police has registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the builder of the collapsed structure. The FIR includes charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder and other relevant sections. Meanwhile, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has suspended two junior engineers for alleged negligence in overseeing the construction.

Delhi's Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena has taken cognizance of the incident and directed strict action against those responsible. He has also announced an ex-gratia compensation of Rs 5 lakh to the families of the deceased.
