Speaking to reporters after his devotional activities, Gowda expressed strong support for the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Temple executive officer Aravinda Ayyappa provided insights into Gowda's visit, mentioning that the former Prime Minister arrived without any family members accompanying him. After reaching the temple town on Sunday, Gowda stayed overnight and performed his prayers on Monday. Notably, he did not attend any other programs during his stay, focusing solely on his religious observances.
In related temple news, Ayyappa announced that the temple doors would remain closed between 9 am and 7:30 pm on Tuesday due to a lunar eclipse, ensuring adherence to traditional practices and safety protocols for devotees.
