IAF Wing Commander Dies by Suicide in Raipur Residence
RAIPUR: In a tragic incident, an Indian Air Force wing commander involved in critical anti-Naxal operations in Chhattisgarh died by suicide at his residence in Raipur on Wednesday morning. The officer has been identified as 39-year-old Vipul Yadav, who was originally from Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh.

According to Additional Commissioner of Police Ramakant Sahu, the officer's domestic help first discovered the body and immediately alerted others. At the time of the incident, Yadav's two young children - a nine-year-old son and a seven-year-old daughter - were asleep in another room of the house. His wife was away in Delhi for work-related commitments, officials confirmed.
Senior police officers and forensic teams swiftly reached the location after receiving information and initiated a comprehensive investigation. No suicide note was found at the scene.
