Kartikey Sharma Promises Ambala Development After BJP Win

Chandigarh: Rajya Sabha MP Kartikey Sharma on Tuesday assured the residents of Ambala City of continuous overall development after Akshita Saini, the BJP mayoral candidate, and other party candidates were voted to power.

Notably, Kartikeya visited Ambala and conducted an extensive public outreach campaign across the region. During his visit, he interacted with local residents and appealed for support for the BJP candidates.

Kartikeya's mother Shakti Rani Sharma and father, former Union minister Venod Sharma, have represented Ambala City as mayor and MLA, respectively. Their election and office managements were manned by Kartikeya, and the family holds clout in the city. Accompanied by Akshita Saini, Kartikeya also addressed public meetings and urged voters to ensure a 'massive victory' for all BJP candidates, stating that this would help maintain the momentum of development, transparency and good governance.

He added that the BJP remained committed to accelerating development in municipal bodies as well.

Reiterating the party's slogan 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas' (Together with all, development for all, trust of all), he said the BJP was working to strengthen civic amenities and ensure benefits of government schemes reach every section of society. He concluded by stating that with strong organisational structure, policy direction and public trust, Haryana was setting new benchmarks in development, and Ambala's municipal elections would reflect a decisive mandate in favour of the BJP.
