The Madhya Pradesh High Court has officially recognised the long-disputed Bhojshala complex in Dhar as a temple dedicated to Goddess Vagdevi, also known as Saraswati. The court observed that Hindu worship at the site has continued over time and suggested that the central government may consider bringing back the idol currently housed in the British Museum. While the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) will continue to administer the site, the court also directed that Muslim groups may seek alternative land for a mosque. This landmark ruling aims to resolve a decades-old religious dispute while preserving the site's historical integrity.
