Congress Alleges Instagram Block on Rahul Gandhi's Post

The Congress party on Sunday alleged that Instagram had 'blocked' a reel and photo post by Rahul Gandhi that featured him alongside Vijay. According to the party, the action was taken due to rules enforced by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera stated that the move was an attempt to silence dissent and curb political expression. Instagram has not yet issued a statement on the matter.

Opposition Slams PM Modi's Fuel Appeal

Meanwhile, the opposition launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for urging people to reduce fuel consumption. Modi listed seven 'Covid-era measures' in his appeal, which the opposition termed as impractical and out of touch with reality. Opposition leaders argued that the government should instead focus on reducing fuel prices and inflation. The Prime Minister's appeal came amid rising fuel costs and economic challenges faced by the common man.
