Yogi Adityanath Warns Security Compromisers Will Pay Price at Statue of Unity
Yogi Adityanath on India's Security at Statue of Unity

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath delivered a powerful speech at Ekta Nagar in Gujarat on Wednesday, sending a strong message that those attempting to compromise India's security would face severe consequences. The address took place near the iconic Statue of Unity during the 'Bharat Parv' celebrations marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Historical Parallels and Stern Warnings

Adityanath recalled Sardar Patel's crucial role in integrating princely states after independence, specifically mentioning the Nawab of Junagadh and the Nizam of Hyderabad who initially resisted joining the Republic of India. "Sardar Saheb clearly told them that it would be better for them if they agreed. Otherwise, there are other ways to persuade them," the UP CM stated, highlighting how these rulers eventually fled the country when faced with Patel's determination.

Drawing direct comparisons between India's first Deputy Prime Minister and current leader Narendra Modi, Adityanath emphasized that the new India maintains zero tolerance toward threats to national security, sovereignty, and integrity. He asserted that anyone daring to compromise India's security would be forced to pay the price, noting that the country has demonstrated this capability over the past eleven years.

From One India to Shreshth India

The Chief Minister elaborated on the parallel missions of both leaders, noting that Sardar Patel consolidated 563 princely states to create 'One India', while Prime Minister Modi has been working tirelessly to transform that unified nation into a 'Shreshth Bharat' or the 'Best India'. Adityanath credited PM Modi's visionary leadership for the 182-meter tall Statue of Unity, which stands as a powerful embodiment of India's unity and collective strength.

Adityanath highlighted how under Modi's guidance, India has been reconnecting with its cultural heritage while simultaneously progressing toward becoming a developed nation. "He has not only inspired India's current generation by fostering a new tradition of heritage development and welfare of the poor, but has also provided a vision for establishing India as a developed country," the UP CM stated.

Transformation of Religious and Cultural Sites

The Chief Minister provided compelling evidence of India's cultural resurgence under Modi's leadership, pointing to specific achievements. The redeveloped Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, which falls within PM Modi's Lok Sabha constituency, now attracts an impressive 11 to 12 crore devotees and tourists annually.

Similarly, Adityanath noted that Ayodhya Dham welcomes six to eight crore visitors each year following the construction of the grand temple dedicated to Lord Ram. He reflected that just eleven years ago, few would have believed such a magnificent temple could be built in Ayodhya, especially after 500 years of protests and campaigns that had gradually diminished hopes.

"What seemed impossible for others was made possible by Modiji," Adityanath concluded, emphasizing the Prime Minister's unique ability to achieve what previous generations could not accomplish.
