A man allegedly rammed his SUV into a property office in Palwal at 10:30 pm on Friday last week, resulting in injuries to three individuals. The incident occurred near an Eicher agency in Kushlipur, as per a complaint filed by Rohit, one of the injured persons.
Incident Details
Rohit was inside the office with his associate Hitesh and two others when the accused, Narendra Kundu, a resident of Devnagar, allegedly drove his vehicle at high speed straight into the office. Rohit suffered a fracture in his right leg, while Hitesh sustained injuries to his waist and shoulder. The other two individuals also received injuries. The entire sequence of events was captured on CCTV footage.
Medical and Police Response
Police reported that a medico-legal report conducted on May 23 confirmed multiple injuries caused by blunt force. Doctors recommended further examination, including X-rays and an orthopedic consultation. Initially, when police arrived at the scene, the office was found locked with no eyewitnesses present. Rohit later informed authorities that he was undergoing treatment and would assist in the investigation after being discharged from the hospital. A daily diary entry regarding the incident was recorded on May 26.
On May 27, Rohit, along with the other injured individuals, accompanied police to the site for inspection. CCTV footage from the office revealed that Kundu first came to the office, had a brief conversation with Rohit and Hitesh, and then left. Minutes later, he returned and allegedly drove the SUV into the office, suggesting that the act was deliberate.

An FIR was registered against Narendra Kundu under sections 109(1) and 324(2) of the BNS at Camp police station, Palwal. The investigation is currently underway, and officials stated that further legal action will be taken based on the findings of the probe.
