Ajsu-P Leader Demands Transparency from Jharkhand Government
Ajsu-P supremo Sudesh Mahto made a strong statement on Friday. He called for greater transparency from the state government. Mahto spoke to media persons during the Milan Samaroh event. This gathering took place at the party's state headquarters in Ranchi.
Critique of Pre-Budget Exercise
Mahto addressed the government's ongoing pre-budget exercise. He described this activity as a routine affair. The Ajsu-P leader emphasized a need for more substantial information. He stated that an ideal situation would involve the government clearly informing people about its focus areas over recent years. Mahto specifically demanded the production of a white paper. This document should outline the government's plans and priorities from the previous six years. It must also detail its achievements during that period.
New Members Join the Party
The Milan Samaroh event saw dozens of new members joining Ajsu-P. This group was led by former candidate Abhishek Kumar. Kumar had contested from the Hazaribag parliamentary seat and the Sadar legislative seat. Manmant Baish, the convener of Jago Bharat Yatra, also joined the party on this occasion. Ajsu-P general secretary Sanjay Mehta administered the oath to these new entrants. Mehta promised that his party would provide them with opportunities to nurture their talents.
Confidence Amid Election Results
Sudesh Mahto commented on the influx of new members. He said the results of the last state assembly elections have not dampened the party's spirits. Mahto claimed that people are actively mobilizing in favor of Ajsu-P. He noted that the joining of educated youths represents a particularly good sign for the party. According to Mahto, Ajsu-P genuinely represents the sentiments of the youth.
Allegations Against the State Government
Mahto did not hold back in his criticism of the current administration. He alleged that the state government has performed poorly across many sectors. The Ajsu-P supremo claimed that promises made specifically to the youth remain unfulfilled. He also pointed to a critical situation within the state. Mahto argued that despite the existence of lakhs of job vacancies, there is no clear roadmap for recruitment. He concluded that a mass agitation is necessary. This action should follow the stimulation of a new wave of political awareness among the people.
