Namakkal Two-Wheeler Crash Leaves One Dead, Another Injured
A fatal road accident occurred in Namakkal district on Wednesday, resulting in the death of one individual and injuries to another. The incident took place near Anangur Government High School, where a two-wheeler skidded and collided with an electric pole.

The deceased has been identified as K Soundarrajan, a 26-year-old resident of Kunnathur Saminathapuram. He was riding the two-wheeler at the time of the accident. The injured person is M Kavin, aged 22, from Chinna Kavundampalayam, who was traveling as a pillion rider. The duo was en route from Paramathi Vellore to Jedarpalayam when the mishap occurred.
According to an officer from the Jedarpalayam police station, Soundarrajan sustained a severe chest injury and succumbed to his injuries on the spot. Kavin suffered a leg fracture and was promptly admitted to the government hospital in Paramathi Velur for medical treatment.
