UP CM Yogi Adityanath to visit Jhansi for two days

Jhansi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is expected to arrive in Jhansi on Saturday evening for a two-day visit. He is also likely to participate in the mass yoga event on International Yoga Day, which falls on Sunday.

Official itinerary awaited

Divisional Commissioner Bimal Kumar Dubey stated that verbal confirmation of the Chief Minister's arrival has been received, although the official schedule is yet to be finalized by the Chief Minister's office. Sources indicate that Yogi Adityanath will reach Jhansi on Saturday evening and is expected to unveil newly developed projects worth Rs 1,500 crore. He may also hold meetings with police and administrative officials, as well as party workers.

Sunday schedule

On Sunday morning, the Chief Minister is likely to participate in a Yoga event before departing for Lucknow.

Preparations underway

Hectic preparations have begun in the city for the proposed visit. Administrative officials have started finalizing arrangements for the yoga event. Alternative arrangements are also being made in case of rain.
