Talwar's Strong Start on the Back Nine
Talwar began his second round on the back nine and quickly picked up three birdies in the first four holes, on the 10th, 11th, and 13th. A bogey on the 14th dropped him to 2-under at the turn. On the front nine, he bogeyed the sixth hole but recovered with pars before closing with consecutive birdies on the eighth and ninth holes, according to a tournament release.
Leaders and Contenders
John Gough, who opened with a 63, shot a 1-under 69 in the second round, mixing four birdies with three bogeys. Pablo Ereno started the day tied for second and matched Gough's total with a 2-under 68, featuring two birdies, two bogeys, and an eagle. Charles Huntzinger sits alone in third place at 7-under par (66-67), while Tom Gueant is fourth at 6-under par (64-70). The tournament continues with the final two rounds over the weekend.
