Believing the scheme to be legitimate, the victim transferred Rs 4 lakh to accounts specified by the group. After the payment, the group administrators became unreachable, and the victim realized he had been cheated.

Police Investigation Underway

Mangaluru police have registered a case and are investigating the fraud. Authorities urge citizens to verify the authenticity of online trading platforms before investing money.
