Meticulously designed by FIIB’s faculty and stress-tested alongside senior corporate leaders from companies like BCG, FedEx, JPMorgan, and KPMG, this framework establishes a new benchmark for what a modern postgraduate management degree must deliver.

During the conversation, Raghav Gupta stated, “The institutions best positioned for the next decade will be those that design for AI capability development from the ground up, rather than retrofitting it onto existing structures. Students navigate professional challenges involving missing information and ambiguity through two proprietary systems: 'ActionWorks,' the engine that runs live problems and simulations, and 'EvidenceWorks,' which captures the output as role-mapped proof of capability.
