From a $120 Casio G-Shock to a $2 Million F.P. Journe: Inside Mark Zuckerberg's Watch Collection
Mark Zuckerberg, the 42-year-old Meta founder with a net worth exceeding $200 billion, has developed a passion for watches since 2024. His collection ranges from a simple Casio to an extravagant Greubel Forsey, showcasing both affordability and opulence. Here is a detailed look at his exemplary timepieces.
Casio G-Shock
In April 2024, Zuckerberg was seen wearing a white watch with a vibrant blue face—the GA2100WS-7A from Casio's G-Shock line. Made from resin and mineral glass, this watch retails for just $120, proving his appreciation for style over price.
Patek Philippe
On September 1, 2024, Zuckerberg shared an Instagram photo embracing his wife, Priscilla Chan, revealing a large watch with a gold face and brown strap. He later confirmed it was the Patek Philippe '5236P' Grand Complications In-Line Perpetual Calendar. This platinum-cased watch with an alligator leather band displays day, date, month, leap year, moon phases, and day/night. Originally retailed at $148,331, it has since been discontinued.
George Daniels
At the 2026 Met Gala, Zuckerberg wore the George Daniels Anniversary timepiece, made in collaboration with British watchmaker Roger Smith in 2010. Honoring George Daniels and the 35th anniversary of the coaxial escapement, Sotheby's listed it for auction in 2025 with an estimated price between $400,000 and $800,000.
De Bethune
On September 10, 2024, during an 'Acquired' podcast appearance, Zuckerberg wore a DB25 Starry Various from Swiss brand De Bethune. The rose-gold model costs over $80,000 from independent sellers. Watch specialist Bryan Li noted only 20 are made annually.
Greubel Forsey
On January 8, 2025, Zuckerberg posted a video about Meta's fact-checking partnerships, wearing a Greubel Forsey watch retailing over $900,000. Assembled entirely by hand, only two or three pieces are crafted yearly, made of white gold with 281 components.
F.P. Journe
2024 marked Zuckerberg's fashion transformation, including wearing an F.P. Journe design at the Meta Connect conference. The chunky silver piece from the Souveraine collection featured a thick band and black buttons. Sotheby's listed a similar watch, entirely aluminum, produced between 2011 and 2014, estimated at $31,000 to $56,000.
Rolex
Recently, on the No Priors podcast, Zuckerberg wore a Rolex ref. 6062 'Stelline', one of the most desirable and valuable Rolex watches. Introduced around 1950, it is one of only two Rolex references with an automatic triple calendar and moonphase display.
F.P. Journe Tourbillon Souverain Cœur de Rubis
One of his rarest pieces appeared at UFC Freedom 250: a Tourbillon Souverain Cœur de Rubis with a ruby dial and yellow-gold bracelet. Phillips auctioned one for 1,633,000 Swiss francs (about $2 million) in 2025. Only 20 were made between 2019 and 2020.
