In the days leading up to the unveiling, significant details about the upcoming device have surfaced online, providing an early glimpse into its features and capabilities.

Leak Reveals Pixel 10a Specifications Through Tracfone Knowledge Base

According to a report from 9to5Google, a US prepaid carrier named Tracfone inadvertently posted a "Knowledge Base" page for the Pixel 10a, disclosing several critical specifications. While the leak does not include information on the processor or RAM, it offers insights into the camera, display, battery, and software aspects of Google's next budget-friendly release.

Expected Design and Display Features of Google Pixel 10a

The leaked information suggests that the Google Pixel 10a may feature a display with a resolution of 2424 x 1080 pixels. The phone's dimensions are anticipated to be approximately 2.87 x 6.06 x 0.35 inches (73 x 154 x 8.9mm), with a weight of around 6.52 ounces (184 grams).

As per teasers shared by Google, the upcoming Pixel smartphone is expected to ditch the signature camera bar that has defined Pixel phones since the Pixel 6. Instead, it will house a completely flat rear camera module, highlighting a sleeker and more minimalist design approach for the Pixel 10a.

Camera Specifications and Capabilities

On the camera front, the Pixel 10a is rumored to include a 13MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The rear setup is expected to consist of a dual-camera system, featuring a 48MP main camera and a 13MP secondary camera, promising enhanced photography experiences for users.

Software, Battery, and Durability Details

The Pixel 10a will run on Android 16 and may come equipped with 128GB of internal storage capacity. Powering the device is a substantial 5,100mAh battery, ensuring extended usage times. Additionally, Google's next Pixel phone is said to feature an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, adding durability to its list of attributes.
