The Meteorological Centre in Himachal Pradesh has issued a yellow weather alert for five districts of the state, forecasting continued rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds on Thursday.
Districts Under Alert
Kullu, Kangra, Kinnaur, Chamba, and Lahaul and Spiti are expected to experience light to moderate rain throughout the day. The alert warns of potential disruptions due to thunderstorms and strong winds in these regions.
Temperature Stability
Despite the wet conditions, temperatures across the state are expected to remain stable, with no significant changes from previous days. Various towns recorded minimum temperatures, with Kukumseri village in Lahaul and Spiti district being the coldest at 6.6°C.
