Lahaul Spiti District Bears the Brunt with 290 Blocked Roads
The Lahaul Spiti district emerged as one of the hardest-hit areas, with a staggering 290 roads rendered inaccessible due to the adverse weather. This breakdown includes 156 blocked roads in the Spiti sub-division and 134 in the Lahaul sub-division, highlighting the extensive impact on local mobility. Key highways, crucial for both daily commutes and emergency access, remained closed, including:

- Gramphu to Batal Sumdo to Lossar

Shimla District Faces 99 Road Closures and 384 Non-Functional DTRs
In Shimla district, the situation was equally dire, with 99 roads blocked on Tuesday. The power infrastructure also suffered significantly, as 384 distribution transformer regions (DTRs) remained non-functional. This disruption has led to widespread electricity outages, affecting homes, businesses, and public services in the region. Kullu and Mandi Districts Report Substantial Road and Power Issues
Kullu district witnessed 55 roads blocked and 36 DTRs disrupted, which directly impacted the power supply to various localities. Meanwhile, Mandi district reported 80 blocked roads and 133 non-functional DTRs, further exacerbating the state's infrastructural crisis.
