US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has made a surprising revelation about President Donald Trump's eating habits. He describes them as "really bad and unhinged." The diet mainly includes McDonald's, candy, and Diet Coke.
Trump's Daily Food Choices
Kennedy shared these details on The Katie Miller Podcast. He explained that Trump consumes McDonald's food regularly. The president also eats candy and drinks Diet Coke throughout the day.
"He drinks Diet Coke at all times," Kennedy said. "If you travel with him, you get this idea that he's just pumping himself full of poison all day long."
Remarkable Energy Despite Poor Diet
Despite this unhealthy diet, Trump remains energetic and in excellent health. He will soon turn 80 years old. Kennedy joked that Trump has "the constitution of a deity."
"I don't know how he's alive, but he is," Kennedy added. He noted that Trump prefers meals from "big corporations" he trusts while traveling.
"And you don't know how he's walking around, much less being the most energetic person, you know, any of us have ever met," Kennedy said.
Medical Assessments Confirm Good Health
Kennedy insisted that Trump's overall health is remarkable. He cited a medical assessment by Dr. Mehmet Oz. According to Kennedy, Dr. Oz reported that Trump has "the highest testosterone level that he's ever seen for an individual over 70 years old."
"I know the president will be happy that I repeat that," Kennedy mentioned.
Trump's Own Comments on His Diet
Trump has often embraced his fast-food habits publicly. Speaking at the McDonald's Impact Summit, he acknowledged his loyalty to the chain.
"As you may have heard, I'm also one of your all-time most loyal customers," Trump said. "While other politicians fly around on campaign planes stocked with expensive catering, on Trump Force One... we serve only McDonald's almost every time."
Recent Health Reports
Last month, the White House released details from Trump's MRI scans. The results showed Trump in "excellent health." His physician, Sean Barbabella, provided the assessment.
According to Barbabella, Trump's cardiovascular system is excellent. Abdominal imaging appears normal. All major organs look very healthy and well-perfused.
This combination of a poor diet and robust health continues to puzzle observers. Kennedy's comments highlight the unusual nature of Trump's physical condition as he approaches 80.
