Hexaware Invests £25M in UK, Creating 1,200 Jobs

Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT), a global IT solutions provider, has announced a £25 million investment to expand its UK operations, expected to create approximately 1,200 jobs over the next three to five years. The new roles will be based in Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham, focusing on artificial intelligence, digital services, and quantum computing.

Investment Details

The investment plan was unveiled by the UK Government at the G7 Summit on June 16, 2026, as part of a broader set of international commitments to AI and clean energy. Hexaware will expand its delivery center in Birmingham and establish new R&D centers in Manchester and Leeds. The initiative aims to accelerate innovation across emerging technologies, develop local talent, advance research, and drive modernization in citizen and public services.
