The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the Class 10 admit card for the Phase 2 (second board) examinations of 2026. Students appearing in these exams will be able to obtain their hall tickets from the official CBSE website or through their respective schools once the admit cards are made available.
CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 Exam Dates
The CBSE Class 10 Phase 2 examinations are scheduled to take place from May 15 to May 21, 2026. All exams will be conducted in a single shift. This year, CBSE has introduced a two-phase examination system, and the higher score achieved in either of the two exams will be reflected in the final marksheet.
Number of Candidates Registered
A total of 6,68,854 students have registered for the Phase 2 exams. The breakdown is as follows:
- Compartment exams: 85,285 students
- Improvement exams: 5,25,655 students
- Both compartment and improvement: 57,914 students
Subject-Wise Participation
- Science: 4,74,491 students
- Mathematics (Standard): 3,68,843 students
- Mathematics (Basic): 1,78,878 students
How to Get the Admit Card
Regular students must collect their admit cards from their respective schools. Only schools can download the admit cards using their login credentials. Private candidates can download the admit card directly from the official CBSE website by entering their application number or previous roll number.
Steps for Schools to Download Admit Cards
- Visit the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
- Click on the “PARIKSHA SANGAM” link.
- Click on “Continue” and select “Schools (Ganga)”.
- Go to “Pre-Exam Activities” and click on “Admit card for CBSE phase 2 exams 2026”.
- Enter the user ID and password.
- Download the admit cards.

- May 15, 2026: Mathematics Standard, Mathematics Basic
- May 16, 2026: English (Communicative), English (Language and Literature)
- May 18, 2026: Science

- May 20, 2026: Painting, Sanskrit, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence
