In a significant move to promote education in the regional language, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi officially launched a series of reference books in the Odia language for Class XI science students on Saturday. The event, held in Bhubaneswar, marks a pivotal step in the state's efforts to enhance learning resources for students pursuing science streams.

The newly released reference books cover four core science subjects: mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. The initiative is set to benefit approximately 120,000 students enrolled in 700 higher secondary schools across the state.
