The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) is set to conclude the online application process for its highly anticipated Clerk Grade II and Junior Assistant recruitment drive tomorrow, February 13, 2026. Massive Vacancy Details and Eligibility Criteria

This extensive recruitment campaign aims to fill a substantial total of 10,644 vacancies across various administrative departments in Rajasthan. The distribution includes 9,642 positions in Non-TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) areas and 1,002 positions in TSP areas, providing widespread employment opportunities throughout the state.

To be eligible, candidates must have successfully passed their Class 12 examination from a recognized board. Additionally, a mandatory computer qualification is required. The age criteria stipulate that applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and cannot exceed 40 years of age as of January 1, 2027. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation benefits in accordance with established government regulations. Furthermore, applicants are required to possess working proficiency in Hindi written in the Devanagari script and a foundational understanding of Rajasthan's rich cultural heritage.

Application Fee Structure and Submission Process

The application fee has been structured as follows: General category, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and OBC creamy layer candidates must pay Rs 600. For OBC non-creamy layer, EWS (Rajasthan domicile), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates from Rajasthan, the fee is reduced to Rs 400. A correction charge of Rs 300 will be levied if candidates need to amend any details during the designated correction window.

Prospective applicants must apply exclusively through the Rajasthan SSO portal. The process involves logging in with a valid SSO ID, navigating to the recruitment portal section, meticulously filling in personal and academic information, uploading scanned copies of necessary documents, and completing the online fee payment. Upon successful submission, it is crucial to download and retain a copy of the application form for all future reference and correspondence.

Selection Procedure and Important Examination Dates

The selection methodology for these coveted positions will consist of a written examination followed by a comprehensive document verification stage. The written test is scheduled to be conducted on July 5 and July 6, 2026.
