MET 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result to Be Announced Shortly
The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is set to release the MET 2026 Round 2 seat allotment result today. Candidates who took part in the counselling process can check their allotment status through the official counselling portal after 8 PM.
How to Access the Allotment Result
The seat allotment result will be published online at counseling.manipal.edu. Candidates must log in using their application number and password to view their allotment details. MAHE has confirmed that the result will not be released through any other mode.
Seat Allotment Procedure
The allotment process is based on candidates' merit ranks, course and campus preferences, and seat availability. Along with the Round 2 allotment result, the MET 2026 Round 2 cutoff will also be published. This cutoff indicates the ranks required for admission to various BTech programs across Manipal campuses. Candidates meeting the cutoff requirements will be eligible for admission consideration.
Fee Payment Schedule
Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must confirm their admission by paying the required fee within the stipulated period. The first installment of course fees can be paid from June 20, 2026, to June 25, 2026. The first installment amount is INR 2,90,000. The second installment of tuition fees is due on June 30, 2026, with the amount varying by program.

- Visit counseling.manipal.edu and select the BTech course section.
- Log in with your application form number and password.
- View your allotment status.
- To retain the allotted seat, complete the first fee payment before the deadline.
Counselling Eligibility and Registration
To participate in MET 2026 counselling, candidates must have a valid MET rank. Eligibility requires passing 10+2, A-Level, International Baccalaureate, American High School Diploma, or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects. A minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject combined is required, along with minimum pass marks as per respective boards. Fresh registrations remain open for every counselling round. Candidates can also register using JEE Main scores. Merit ranks are prepared with equal 50:50 weightage to Class 12 marks and MET scores.
