Shreya Ghoshal Makes Major Real Estate Move in Mumbai

Renowned Bollywood playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, who began her illustrious career with the film Devdas at just 18 years old, has expanded her portfolio with a significant real estate acquisition. Alongside her parents, Ghoshal has invested nearly Rs 60 crore in two luxury apartments within the prestigious Godrej Trilogy project located in Worli, Mumbai. This transaction underscores her financial acumen beyond the entertainment industry.

Details of the High-Value Property Purchase

According to reports from Square Yards and CRE Matrix, the deals were officially registered on April 1 of this year. The first apartment boasts a carpet area of 2,430.06 square feet and a total area of 2,750.28 square feet, complemented by three dedicated car parking spaces.
