Bhagyashree's Mother-in-Law Reveals Society Taunts Over Marriage

The upcoming episode of Rajeev Khandelwal's show 'Tum Ho Naa' will feature popular faces from Bollywood and television, including Bhagyashree, Anita Hassanandani, and Urvashi Dholakia. Notably, Bhagyashree's mother-in-law will also appear on the show.

Mother-in-Law's Shocking Revelation

The makers recently released a promo on social media, where Bhagyashree's mother-in-law made a startling revelation. She disclosed that society made her anxious about her son Himalay marrying Bhagyashree, who was a Bollywood star at the time.

During the episode, Bhagyashree's mother-in-law spoke about the criticism and taunts she endured during their wedding. She said, "I had to hear a lot from people. They would say, 'A star is coming into your house now, what will happen? The marriage will end in divorce within two months. Will she even be able to manage the household? Your life is ruined now.' I had to face many such taunts."

Building Understanding After Marriage

Rajeev asked how the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law built understanding after marriage. He inquired if it took time to develop mutual understanding. Replying, Bhagyashree's mother-in-law said, "Nahi bilkul bhi nahi." (No, not at all)

She praised Bhagyashree for managing both her personal and professional life with ease and dedication. "Woh ghar itna accha manage karti hain, mujhe to kuch dekhna hi nahi padta hain," she added, meaning Bhagyashree manages the household so well that she hardly has to look after anything.

Bhagyashree's Royal Lineage

For the uninitiated, Bhagyashree belongs to a distinguished royal lineage. She is the great-granddaughter of Chintamanrao Dhundirao Patwardhan, the last ruling Raja of the princely state of Sangli during the British Raj in India.
