A 35-year-old man from Chennai tragically ended his life on Tuesday night by jumping from a flyover in the Ambattur area. This distressing incident marks the third time the individual had attempted suicide since the year 2015, according to information provided by the local police.

The deceased has been identified as Saravanan, who was a resident of Vinayagapuram in Kolathur. He was the son of 64-year-old Manoharan, a retired government employee. Saravanan was employed at a private company located in Ambattur. The fatal jump occurred from the Inner Ring Road flyover near Gnanamoorthy Nagar.
Following the incident, police officials arrived at the scene, recovered the body, and sent it to the Government Kilpauk Medical College Hospital for a postmortem examination.
