New KSRTC Flybus from Bengaluru Airport to Davangere

In a significant boost to air-rail connectivity for central Karnataka, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has officially launched its new Flybus service, linking Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru directly to the city of Davangere.

Affordable and Direct Connectivity

This new initiative provides a much-needed direct public transport link for travelers and residents. The service, which commenced operations, offers a comfortable and hassle-free journey right from the airport terminal. The fare structure has been set to provide value for money, with a ticket to Davangere costing Rs 1,250.

For passengers heading to other key destinations, the Flybus offers convenient stops. The cost for a journey to Chitradurga is Rs 980, while a ride to Tumakuru is priced at an economical Rs 400.

Enhanced Travel Convenience

The launch of this service is a strategic move by KSRTC to bridge the connectivity gap for several districts. It eliminates the need for multiple modes of transport, allowing passengers to board the bus directly after their flight arrives at the airport. This is expected to be a major relief for students, professionals, and families traveling to and from these regions.

The service was officially rolled out for the public, marking a new chapter in Karnataka's inter-city transportation network.

A Step Towards Smarter Commuting

This expansion of the Flybus fleet underscores KSRTC's commitment to providing smart and accessible travel solutions. By integrating air travel with robust road connectivity, the corporation is enhancing the overall travel experience for thousands of commuters. This service is poised to become a popular choice for its reliability and direct route.
