  2. Surveys and investigations of the Jiadhal river in Arunachal Pradesh
  3. Detailed project reports for desilting Baguwa Cherra and constructing a sluice gate in Chandipur RD Block
  4. Flood and erosion mitigation at 13 vulnerable sites along the Barak River in Assam
  5. Development of a local pond in Imphal East
  6. Swachhata programs for the fiscal year 2026–27
  7. Mathematical modeling and DPR preparation for protection measures in Majuli Island
  8. Updating Majuli Island's master plan
  9. Landscape development of the Basistha Riverfront in Guwahati

Expansion of Master Plans

In a significant development, the board decided to incorporate three new master plans: Dibang-Disang, Noa-Dihing, and Rangit. This expansion brings the total number of master plans under the board's purview to 76, reflecting a comprehensive approach to regional water management.
