On the summit's closing day, Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw made a special visit to the Bihar Pavilion. Minister Vaishnaw praised secure e-voting solutions and citizen-centric mobile applications, emphasizing that technology-driven, transparent, and secure elections are fundamental to strengthening democratic institutions.
"Bihar's digital initiatives reflect a deep commitment to good governance and participatory democratic processes," stated Vaishnaw during his visit.
