A native of Avanigadda in Krishna district, Ravindra Kumar's professional journey is firmly rooted in the state. He completed his law degree from the prestigious AC College of Law in Guntur. His expertise was previously utilized by the state government when he served as Andhra Pradesh's advocate in the Supreme Court for several years during the TDP's tenure in the undivided state.
Before his election to the Upper House of Parliament, he also held the position of President of the Telugu Desam Party's legal cell, further cementing his role as a principal legal strategist for the party.
